Kereen Henry and NSN Atlanta have teamed up to help the HOPE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE group provide items to people that suffer from domestic violence.

HOPE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE is an Outreach group in atlanta that focuses on women and children transitioning from domestic violence.

This volunteer opportunity doesn’t require a lot of work because they pick up the items from your house. All you have to do is call 770-807-3915 or visit: http://www.clothingpickupatl.com to schedule a pickup. I personally leave my bags on the front porch at night and by the time I wake up they are gone.

They are seeking your donation of the following items:

  • Men’s, Women’s and Children’s Clothing and Shoes.
  • Blankets
  • Sheets
  • Pillows
  • Purses
  • Household items (pictures, pots, pans, kitchenware, knick-knacks)
  • Small electronic items (computers, stereos, radios)
  • School/Office supplies, cleaning supplies and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)

Let’s get everyone involved by posting pics of us with our bags. Please use the hashtags #NSNatl #Kereenhenry and #hopefordomesticviolence … Oh and don’t forget to @nsnatl so we can see.
